I'm a girl with a healthy, but slightly unnerving obsession with food. I love to cook food, I love to eat food, I love to draw food. When I'm not eating it, cooking it, preparing it, or talking about it, I'm probably dreaming about it.
This blog is my way of sharing the love, and giving my poor friends a break.
... Did I mention I'm looking for work?
Try and find a Pakistani grocer in the summer. The imported Pakistani mangoes that come in boxes surrounded by ribbons of brown paper are divine. They are so soft and sweet, they make beautiful smoothies and lassis, and sometimes they are so soft that you can cut a hole in the end and squeeze the contents into your mouth. And they are cheaper than supermarket versions too!
That is good advice, and I certainly will! Living near Mill Road there are plenty of food stores selling beautiful exotic fruit, so I'm sure I'll be able to find them. I love lassis!
